The Mexico GP 2025 presents its mobility plan

  • For those attending the race, please remember that there is no parking available. We invite you to arrive at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez by public transport.
  • Remote transport will also be available in various areas of the city, with buses running to the racetrack from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Mexico City, 22 October 2025. – The Mexico City Government will implement a special mobility plan so that fans attending the FORMULA 1 MEXICO CITY GRAND PRIX 2025 Presented by Heineken can enjoy the best experience when arriving at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez during the race, which will take place from 25 to 27 October.

With the aim of facilitating access to the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez area and making the Mexico GP more sustainable, special transport routes will be set up to exclusively transport ticket holders from Remote Transport stations to the venue, as there will be no parking service.

Those who use this scheme will be able to return to their point of origin using the same transport. Remote Transport stations will operate continuously and will be located at strategic points throughout the city:

  • Azteca Stadium – Calzada de Tlalpan corner with Circuito Azteca (under the bridge)
  • Plaza Carso – Street Presa Falcón 369, Plaza Carso
  • National Auditorium – shuttle zone – Av. Paseo de la Reforma 50, Polanco (next to P. Campo Marte)
  • Expo México Santa Fe (opposite to BBVA bank) – Av. Santa Fe 270
  • Hipódromo de las Américas – Av. del Conscripto 311, Access bay to Centro Banamex

Special service buses will depart for the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez and return to their points of origin between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with units from the Passenger Transport Network (RTP), the Electric Transport Service (STE) and the Transport Regulatory Agency (ORT).

Fares for transport services from Remote Transport stations

Concept Cost
Single trip $150 pesos
Round trip $300 pesos
Integrated Mobility Card for payment $15 pesos

*If the person already has an Integrated Mobility Card, they recharge it with the staff of each point.

All routes must be paid for with the Integrated Mobility Card. The card will be available for purchase and can be recharged at the Remote Transportation service departure points.

It is important to note that there will be three arrival points at the Autodrome, served by the following buses:

  • Eje 3 Sur Añil (in front of Gate 7 of the Palacio de los Deportes)
  • Viaducto Río Piedad (between Gates 8 and 9 of the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez)
  • Eje 4 Oriente (between gates 12 and 13 of the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez)

Likewise, there will be a single exit point at Eje 3 Sur Añil, on the corner of Churubusco, where buses will be available to return to the exit points of Remote Transportation, from 15:30 to 19:00 hours.

The Ticket2Ride system will also be available, which you can purchase for each day of the event through Ticketmaster. This is a round-trip transport service with five pick-up points. Departures will begin at 8 a.m. and return 30 minutes after the end of the event. It costs $350 pesos per person (plus service charges). The pick-up points are:

  • Mundo E – Antiguo Camino a Santa Mónica, now Calle Benito Juárez, opposite the Gayoso Funeral Home.
  • Interlomas – Paseo de la Herradura between Parque de Cádiz and Boulevard Interlomas, opposite Mitsubishi.
  • Perisur – Zacatepetl between Periférico and Av. Centro Comercial, opposite Palacio de Hierro.
  • Condesa – Calle Parque España, corner of Av. Veracruz, Colonia Roma, at the Glorieta del Parque, opposite the Hotel Condesa.
  • Plaza Lindavista – Instituto Politecnico Nacional s/n corner of Montevideo Col. Lindavista, park at Entrance 5 of Sears.

Another option for arriving at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez is to share a ride with other fans. Within the Mexico GP app, in the ‘Mobility Plan’ section, there is a carpool community in partnership with Tribbu. To access it, fans must click on the ‘Learn more here’ button, which will direct them to the app download, available for IOS and Android. Once installed, the system should automatically add them to the Mexico GP network; but if the app asks you to select a network, choose ‘Gran Premio Mexicano’ and enter the code F1MEXICO to join the carpool community. This option allows you to share your journey, reduce costs, travel with others and decrease the number of vehicles arriving at the event.

In addition, to facilitate mobility in the area, free perimeter transportation (RTP, Metrobus and Trolebus) will be provided at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit to bring attendees to their corresponding gate, from 7:00 to 20:00 hrs.

On the other hand, a loading and unloading area will be set up at Gate 6 of the Palacio de los Deportes for transportation by mobile applications. Cab stations will also be set up at Gate 15 of the Autodromo, on Añil Street at the corner of Resina. Their units will be identified with an official event sticker and will be metered, with an initial charge of $13.10 pesos. Additionally, there will be units for people with disabilities on the internal circuit.

For convenience and greater agility, the Mexico City Government promotes the use of the different alternatives offered by the public transportation network among Mexico GP attendees:

  • Metro Line 9 at Velódromo, Ciudad Deportiva and Puebla stations.
  • Metrobus Line 2 at Iztacalco and UPIICSA stations.
  • Trolebús Line 2 at its stations Ciudad Deportiva, Puerta 8, Puebla and Av. Río Churubusco.
  • Bus routes 1, 9, 11, 27, 78, M1 Bicentennial and the Sausa Corridor.

With the support of the Secretary of Citizen Security (SSC), a perimeter security belt will be implemented to speed up the usual transportation of the city’s population. To avoid any disruptions, the following alternate routes should be considered:

North:

  • Anillo Periférico Canal de San Juan
  • Eje 2 Oriente H. Congreso de la Unión
  • Calzada de Tlalpan
  • Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas
  • Av. Insurgentes

South:

  • Anillo Periférico Calle 17
  • Eje 1 Oriente Anillo de Circunvalación
  • Calzada de Tlalpan
  • Eje 1 Poniente Cuauhtémoc
  • Av. Insurgentes

East:

  • Eje 3 Norte Ángel Albino Corzo
  • Eje 1 Norte Fuerza Aérea Mexicana
  • Eje 6 Sur Trabajadores Sociales
  • Eje 8 Sur Calzada Ermita Iztapalapa
  • Calzada Taxqueña

West:

  • Av. Pantitlán – Xochimilco
  • Eje 4 Norte Talismán

It is important to highlight that the side of Río Churubusco, near the venue, will be closed and traffic will be in the central lanes.

Additionally, we recommend planning your arrival at the event in advance, taking the above points into consideration. To do so, in the ‘Mobility Plan’ section of the Mexico GP app, fans will find the ‘Plan your route’ section, a service in partnership with Ualabee that will allow them to find the fastest routes to the Autodromo. You can also consult the map of alternatives, stations, transport and mobility here.

Fans attending the Mexico GP are invited to keep an eye on the social media accounts of both the race and the Mexico City government for any new announcements in the coming days.
