Carlos Sainz and Max Verstappen, ages 17 and 20 respectively, from the Scuderia Toro Rosso, are getting set for their debut in Australia.  

Team Manager, Franz Tost, knows of their great job during the pre-season testing and recognizes they are ready.  

"We came to Jerez with two freshmen a month ago and now we leave Barcelona with two young drivers ready for their debut in the FORMULA 1 ®". 
"They have definitely grown up as drivers in a very short time, reflecting good apprenticeship, as well as growth and trust”. 
He stated "We have completed a total of 5,536 kilometers; this is more than last year, including pre-season testing, with performance and reliability” 
 Let’s talk a little more about these young drivers:  

Carlos Sainz Vázquez de Castro, is the Spanish driver’s full name, he was born on September 1, 1994, in Madrid. He began karting 2008 at age14, in 2010  moving up to Formula BMW,  In 2011 he participates for a full season in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, in 2013  during the World Series by Renault and in November 2014 Scuderia Toro Rosso announces Carlos Sainz as the FORMULA 1® official driver during the 2015 season.  

The Dutch Driver,  Max Verstappen Emilian, was born on September 30, 1997, in Belgium. In 2005, at age 7, he began karting, in 2007 wins Rotax Mini Maxklasse, in 2010 move up to international karting, in 2011 wins the WSK Euro Series, in 2013 in France, wins in the highest KZ1 karting category, in 2014 participates in Formula 1 ®, Scuderia Toro Rosso confirms his participation as the official driver on August 2014.  

They are not only a couple of Young drivers, but also they are sons of two great personalities within the international motor racing. Max is the son of former FORMULA 1® driver, Jos Verstappen, and Carlos Sainz Jr. is son of Carlos Sainz, former rallies world champion.
