Championship Data

Max would be champion if:

  • Verstappen wins 1st place.
  • Norris ends 4th or worst
  • Piastri ends 3rd or worst

  • Norris ends  7th or worst
  • Piastri ends 5th or worst

Verstappen’s pole puts the pressure firmly on Norris and Piastri. With only a handful of points separating the title contenders, and just one race left on the calendar, even the smallest mistake could determine who becomes world champion.
