Mexico GP Account Manager is a platform dedicated to managing your tickets to the event, where YOUR PHONE IS YOUR TICKET.

How to download and use your SafeTix™ digital ticket?

Paso 1

Open our website (mexicogp.mx) from your mobile device and click on the Account Manager menu.

Paso 2

Log in and find your tickets in the My Tickets section.

Paso 3

Select one of your tickets.

Paso 4

The details of your location (section, row, seat) will appear, click and you will see a barcode (SafeTix™ digital ticket), which you must present at the access gate to be scanned at the entrance.

Paso 5

To use your ticket offline, within the Mexico GP Account Manager, you can add your ticket to your cell phone's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.

If you have more than one ticket, swipe to the right to scan your next ticket.
How can I transfer my tickets?

Paso 1

Log in to your account within the Mexico GP Account Manager from your phone. If you already have an account on Ticketmaster, you can use it to log in. If you don't have an account, you can create one here.

Paso 2

Log in and go to My Tickets.

Paso 3

Click on Transfer Tickets and select all or only the tickets you wish to transfer to a single contact, then click Continue.

Paso 4

Add a new recipient or select an existing recipient to transfer the selected ticket(s) to. Once you have chosen the recipient, click Verify Transfer and then Transfer.

Paso 5

That's it! A confirmation that you have completed the ticket transfer will appear.

IMPORTANT: For a login to be completely transferred, the recipient to whom you sent the tickets must accept them by clicking on the email he/she received.
