Trial for Sauber again?

29 April 2015  01:10 AM

Let's remember that the Swiss team, Sauber F1, had to face demands of his former driver Giedo van der Garde in Australia. He demanded the execution of his contract as team driver. The Dutch driver won de demand and he was paid a compensation of 16 million dollars.

Few days from the Spain Grand Prix, the Finnish newspaper Turum Sanomat reported that the German driver Adrian Sutil is about to repeat Van der Garde's legal action against Sauber, ahead of the next race.

Last month, Sutil 's manager, Manfred Zimmermann, said that "the problem with Sauber has not been solved yet" and last week stated that " Unfortunately it has not changed anything. We are still discussing with Sauber to find a solution."

Currently, Adrian Sutil is reserve driver at Williams, the team that recently has declared more than 50 million Euros in losses in 2014.
