(hereinafter “MAKE PRO”) jointly operated by its corresponding subsidiaries and/or affiliates are described as follows. MAKE PRO manages content and services available on the Web Page under the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Web Page, the user of the Web Page (hereinafter the “User”) expresses agreement to comply with the present Terms and Conditions and also with the applicable law on the matter.

MAKE PRO reserves the right of modifying, adding or eliminating at any time and without previous notification, the Web Page, as well as the required conditions for access and/or usage of it, limited only to inform the User about Web Page updates and will require consent of the User to continue using it in case of modifications to any of the access or updating conditions. • That constitutes, promotes or uses with the only purpose of falsifying or trading, goods, stolen products, illegal drugs and paraphernalia, items used to steal, unauthorized commerce, or somehow violates terms and creates civil, criminal or administrative responsibility.

In case of verifying breach by the User to these Terms and Conditions, MAKE PRO may deny or withdraw Access to the Web Page immediately.

ALLOWED USE

The User expresses herein knowing to be fully authorized to visit, watch, consult, in some cases download (in case the Web Page allows it) and comment web pages or links from the Web Page, for its own use, and shall not duplicate, publish, modify, distribute or alter publications made by the Web Page for any purpose other than checking out events and advertising information, for personal use, to participate in contests and other activities contained on the Web Page, unless user had been specifically authorized by MAKE PRO for other purpose. CONFLICT AND INDEMNITY

In case of conflict, it shall be governed by Mexico City applicable law and jurisdiction, waiving herein to any other jurisdiction which may correspond to it according to they present and future domicile. The User agrees to release MAKE PRO its affiliates, all of their officers, managers, agents, directors, employees and contractors of any responsibility incurred for loss, obligation, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by a third, due to or arising from use of the Web Page.
