Mexico has been chosen again to host the most important drivers and teams in the world, everything is now ready for the expected comeback of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MEXICO 2015® to our country ¡you’ve got to be part of this!
The racing that will be experienced is going to be legendary, the eighteenth of the F1 championship 2015 calendar, and the one after Austin in United States. None of the drivers of this century have had the opportunity to drive around the Mexican circuit that is why it will be exciting to watch them proving their skills and their best maneuver, on a new and unexplored track for them. The renewed Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez will be marked by the historic DNA of the old track, but including new technologies and a latest design, comparable with the best top class circuits. From the fans perspective, the experience of the event will be incredible, visible from wherever they are located ¡not only they will see it or hear it, but they will feel it!
The Grid Girls chosen between the most beautiful women from Miss Mexico, will be ready to embellish the track, all dressed up with an exclusive Pineda Covalin’s design, which they will show off while they set F1 drivers position; supporting races, the Masters Historic Racing and the Formula 4 are also warming up along with the fans who are anxiously waiting.
Fun will be not limited to the track only, given that all weekend there will be different activities for all the family within the sections that conform the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, first-level gastronomic options, activities for children, official merchandise, especial conviviality with the current ambassadors of the Gran Premio de Mexico such as Emerson Fittipaldi, Hector Alonso Rebaque and Joe Ramirez and all that motor racing fans expect to see.
In addition to the comeback of this top-category to our country, there will be different events in Mexico City to join the Grand Prix, all the fans are invited to be part of the racing, and these are some of the activities to be carried out:
F1 Fan Zone CDMX in Chapultepec
The FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MEXICO 2015®, that will take place at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, will be accompanied by the F1 Fan Zone CDMX that will occur in parallel in the Bosque de Chapultepec. The event will have different activities for all the family, such as simulators, go karts and autograph sessions. In the F1 Fan Zone CDMX some big screens will be placed to watch the classification session and the main race.
Formula Polanco
Polanco will be the venue for the living party of the Formula 1 circuits all around the world, transforming the streets in a pedestrian zone all set with flags, and the balconies of the main restaurants will serve commemorative dishes of the event, cars exhibitions, simulators and many other activities. Visitors will enjoy of a unique experience. The Formula Polanco will be set on Emilio Castelar Street along the Park Lincoln, framed with the perimeter of Virgilio Street.
The Amber Lounge
The Amber Lounge will transform the original Casino of Campo Marte into an impressive and one of a kind club, that will receive a huge amount of special guests such as celebrities, politicians, and socialites, who will hang out with the drivers, Formula 1 teams and the International Jet Set. All these with live performances, world-class DJ’s, a fashion show with international super models and unlimited drinks until dawn. Only four countries have been lucky to enjoy this great party. The Amber Lounge celebrated in Monaco and Singapore, before its arrival to Mexico City and it will close the Formula 1 season with an after party at the end of the last race of the circuit in Abu Dhabi.
Twenty three years had to go by for the Gran Premio de Mexico came back to the Formula 1 calendar, all the paths will lead to the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez next October 30, 31 and November 1st when 10 teams, 20 pilots for all over the world and over 110 thousand of fans will meet together to witness a unique moment.
